Managing Safely is a basic course in health and safety designed to give managers an understanding of how to deal with health and safety issues in the workplace, and make them aware of their responsibilities.
Duration 4 days.
- IOSH working safely
IOSH Working Safely is a basic introductory course to enable workers to contribute to health and safety in the workplace and to make them aware of their responsibilities.
Duration 1 day.
- IOSH for Executives / Business leaders.
The course aims to provide senior executives of organisations with an understanding of their health and safety role and how this should influence their strategic thinking and holistic risk management systems / procedures.
Duration 1 day.
- Health and safety leadership training
At Natural Safety Solutions we develop safety leadership training which is tailored specifically for your business and industry. Our research into health and safety in the workplace has shown that it takes more than just procedures and systems to reduce the risk of injuries. Our safety leadership training equips your directors, managers, supervisors and employees with skills such as:
- Observing and rewarding safe working and safe behaviour.
- Being able to engage in meaningful health and safety discussions with employees, which results in lowering the risk of injuries.
- Being proactive and taking action before people are put at risk.
- The basics of human behaviour and how to influence your teams to work safely.

Our behavioural safety training will help you to develop bespoke behavioural safety approaches and techniques that are proven to work.

- IEMA Associate Certificate in Environmental Management
The IEMA Associate Certificate course covers all the areas of knowledge an individual requires to become an Associate IEMA member. It is designed to raise the professional competence of environmental practitioners, covering environmental sustainability, assessment, interpretation and management of environmental performance and environmental legislation.
Duration 10 days.
Risk specific training includes accredited sessions but is not limited to:
- Asbestos awareness (Duration 1 day)
- Fire safety (Duration 1 day)
- Legionella awareness (Duration 1 day)
- Risk assessment (Duration 2 days plus further onsite coaching if required)
- Accident investigation skills (Duration 2 days)
- Manual handling (Duration 1 day)
- COSHH awareness (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) – (Duration 1 day)
- DSEAR (Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres) – (Duration 4 day)
- Noise awareness (Duration 1 day)
All of our health and safety training is delivered by our staff who are considered to be leaders in their area of expertise. If you require a specific course that is not listed here please ask.
